Poor customer service

I’m very disappointed by this company. How can they remove my IP address and give it to another customer without my permission? They have disconnected my easy pay number *** without telling me, now I have to wait for them to create a new one that will take more than two days before I could able to connect. Whenever you phone their call center, should your call get cut off they never return your call...Very poor customer service?
