Poor Customer Service

I terminated my membership with Supersonic due to their awful customer service. A consultant actually advised me to go purchase data because they are unable to assist me — I’m still in disbelief that this was their solution as an internet provider. When the manager joined the call the attitude was even worse. Supersonic has proven to be unavailable, unreliable and inconsistent billing issues.
