Poor customer service

Earlier this year 31/01/24 I complained about invoices dated 2022 and 2023 which according to Supersonic was not paid and my account was suspended, 2 days later received a call supersonic technician confirming that matter resolved and my connection will be restored in an hour, of which was activated without issues, in month of May decided to upgrade my service to Fiber of which installation and activation took 2 weeks, in May decided to contact supersonic regarding cancellation for FLTE router since well Fiber application was approved therefore the consultation told me not worry regarding cancellation as FLTE will cancelled automatically once Fiber cancelled, went to the app and cancelled FLTE, now supersonic want me to pay June invoice for FLTE, whereas I have been billed pro-rata for Fiber for June and monthly premium for July, 2022 and 2023 invoices still pending queries not resolved, I paid for Fiber the 2 invoices due for June and July, however supersonic is refusing to activated Fiber and it has 2 days now and was told yesterday that supervisors will call however no one contacted me, my problem is why old invoices was not queried when they happened as I was on month to month contract on FLTE, why now billed FLTE June service where as the service was already cancelled, why suspend Fiber service which I paid for, no one contacted 2 days later, I don't know what to do.

Fiber connected however my connection is unstable, it gets disconnected at 11Pm and reconnect in morning, my query is I paid for full service for July, can I expect refund unstable service? According to consultant I spoke to Tuesday confirmed that my account will be reconsiled due to incorrect payments allocation, I have not received feedback regarding reconciliation progress and my connection is poor and frustrated. My question is why should I suffer due unstable connection of which I paid for in advance whereas is not my fault that payments were allocated incorrectly?
