Poor Customer care - Or does it even exist?

Guys do not sign up with Supersconic. Like a fool I just held on a call as per normal waiting for their accounts department. Supersonic canceled my account last year claiming none payment. I have sent countless emails spoken to a million agents with proof of payments. I am now considering legal recourse as they continue to debit my account from last year. The strange part is nobody replies to emails and nobody replies to follow ups. Their own agents agree when I send pop that I have paid. They said they will contact accounts to remove my bank details still nothing. DO NOT sign up with Supersconic guys. The customer care is none existant and any email or calls made clearly don't matter. Seeking legal help and contacting ombudsman. I am actually ready 2 upload email chats naming and shaming all INVOLVED via social platforms maybe they will call me. I wish I could upload here so you guys can see. Don't sign up guys DON'T!
