Poor customer care and service delivery!

Terrible service!!!! As i am writing this review i am waiting for a consultant to reply, i have spent 50 mins just holding the line, they told me i could cancel my adsl line as sign up would be Hassle free (1,2,3) to be exact. I got a whatsapp from them stating its business as usual for them and they have recruited more agents to assist, they also said they would call me back... Instead, they text me via whatsapp and they seem more angry than i am and up to this very minute there is no response yet, i have names that i will mention in my next review if this matter is not handled today... as its stands now, i am super frustrated and if i had another option i would definitely take it, but for my area its only webafrica (just as bad) and supersonic (terrible) so disappointed especially with all thats going on.
