Poor connection/ service
Supersonic is not a reliable service provider, it’s been 24hrs disconnected and I’m being told I’ll only be re connected on Monday, so I’m suppose to go the whole weekend without the connection.
This service is appalling and not so long ago I had logged a complaint and was told the issue has been resolved and I seem to be going back!!! I’m very angry that I cannot get the service I pay for

As discussed we are doing everything we can to fix it but it is not in our control - we need to await feedback from our service provider.
