Poor communication with clients 😢

My Name is Thabo Rammekwa, am trying to cancel a contract with Supersonic, all their lines and emails are not working, they have send me from Pilar to post just to frustrated me. Their policy mentioned that I should give them one month notice and that is what I wanted to do. I have been with this company since 2019.
