Poor communication skills and call centre never available

I am unable to get hold of the call centre and being assisted by LERATO who is also rude on the WhatsApp chat line . Supersonic has been charging me ridiculous fees for products I don’t understand I was charged a clawback fee for something I don’t know of because I paid Feb and march but I’m told I didn’t pay I also cancelled the subscription of R699 to a R599 which is pending order but I’m still requested to pay R899 of something I don’t know and I’ve covered Feb and March and my understanding was that I now need to pay R599 in April for new service I’ve requested
