Poor communication from Supersonic

Poor communication cannot get in contact I have been trying the entire day to contact Supersonic via calls,emails and from their app but no response what so ever. My service is suspended due to an increase and without notifying us of the increase amount to pay. I have paid the arrears amount , emailed the proof of payment via email and whatsapp, its more than 4 hours passed by now and still i am not connected nor can i get a hold of supersonic to resume my services. Is this the type of treatment we must receive from a "huge business" please assist me in getting in contact with Supersonic . Regards Riaz Khan
