Poor Communication

Poor communication from supersonic on my cancellation request. I have been calling a number of times with no communication coming from them. don't understand why it is so difficult to keep me in the loop on my request. Today, 27 Nov, I am still waiting to have this case closed with them.

I shall never recommend this service to my current or late friends. What a frustration for such an easy process
