Poor and unreliable service.

Supersonic Fibre is the worst. I moved from my previous place of residence and asked them to migrate my services and they agreed, only to find out they never moved anything, instead they added a new subscription and which led to me being billed twice. I have been sending endless emails to them and spent all my airtime calling them but nothing is helping. I need both lines removed. I want nothing to do with this company.
