Poor accounts department

I have been disconnected with my wifi due to accounts department not locating my eft payments. Its now been 3 days since i submitted all proof requested. I made numerous calls all over 15-20minutes each time but no answer and had to wait. I sent out emails, whatsapp chats and calls to supersonic to assit me but still no joy from them. Please assist me on this matter.
