Poor account service

Supersonic Fibre is a reasonably priced fibre supplier, but their admin, especially accounts is a pain in the neck. Phoning their customer helpline will cost one a lot of airtime and there is no way to contact their accounts department directly. I hope they respond to this review and think about it...
