PLEASE TRUST ME, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
The worst ISP not even in SA, but the WORLD!!!! I have call logs for the past 2 weeks, whereas I spent more than 10 hours on the phone holding before something as simple as "configuring my fibre box" was sorted, that should have been sorted within 8 hours. Finally after R1000's of Rands of data and minutes, it was sorted just to start loosing signal completely every night from 19:15 - 21:40. You spend hours holding, they log calls, send you messages that the issue is resolved just to have the same issues every single day again. I have asked for a manager to call me back and after 2 weeks, not 1 has phoned. WHOMEVER READS THIS, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

06 Jul 2021, 16:20So this seems to be the only way to get Supersonic to get in touch with me. After my last complaint, all of the sudden I had internet just to be cut off 1 day later again. It's been 2 days now and still no internet. Call after call, people telling me that they will call me back but nothing. I have alscreenshots, that from the 19th June up until now, I have spent a total of 8 HOURS on the phone with Supersonic, just to be without internet for 3 weeks!!!

So this seems to be the only way to get Supersonic to get in touch with me. After my last complaint, all of the sudden I had internet just to be cut off 1 day later again. It's been 2 days now and still no internet. Call after call, people telling me that they will call me back but nothing. I have alscreenshots, that from the 19th June up until now, I have spent a total of 8 HOURS on the phone with Supersonic, just to be without internet for 3 weeks!!!
