Received an sms that my account is in arrears and wifi was suspended with immediate effect. Trying since 14:00 to get hold of this pathetic company. Phoned, asked for a callback, none received. Still in que waiting for an operator. I need urgent assistance as my account has been suspended due to non-payment THAT I AM NOT AWARE OF!!!
