Please cancel my service and fetch your router

Been offline since 07:00AM yesterday (11-10-2021). Logged a ticket #SST004208 online yesterday still no response even an acknowledgment that my ticket has been received. I called technical support this morning and now I get told they cannot find my account on the system.
