Playing hide and seek _ still no internet

I have since wrote a review few weeks ago but still haven't received any feedback from Supersonic. I must say I am still without internet at home, whenever I call I am told to communicate via WhatsApp channel which hasn't been working since I was issued with the WhatsApp number. Their WhatsApp krrpd giving an error that its under maintenance, don't know for how long. Is this the new way for supersonic to dodge us??
