Place order on last thursday sending no sms and took R699.00 aleast is upfront payment next month im not sure they ever sending the router to if they do is not sure will be activate can be un rica sim card anyway worst isp on this planet

08 Apr 2025, 12:37I will not presue the order of R699.00 doesnt matter to me i received the 5G router or not aleast the cant activate without the router i seen ram in the street but im 100 percent sure they never sending it out on thursday if they do i will received an sms or email from them i have never received today is day 6 and guess what no router or tracking number i think what i received on thursday was auto response of payment no parcel is ever sending aleast im pay in front of next month of credit of 180.00 i will optain me 5G router directly from MTN not through supersonic is MTN Parent company with no support also think there isnt any real people working only bunch of automated AI Bots already cansel aleast the credit can go towards my current connection of 519.00 i will go to mtn directly i have month to month can perform upgrade to 5G stay away from supersonic
