Pitiful and disgraceful service

I am very upset. I work from home and our wifi has gone out. I approached Supersonic on their whatsapp chat. An agent finally came online and asked my name. i explained that the account is in my wife's name , and I submitted her name, id number and Acc number. I then began a long waiting period, sitting in dead air where the agent no loner responded to me. I suspect that he/she most likely decided to go to lunch rather than finish assisting me. This is extremely unprofessional. Both Individuals and businesses depend on these support technicians who clearly aren't interested in helping and doing their jobs, and the biggest problem is they aren't accountable at all, nothing gets done about the increasing plunge in customer support country wide, instead, these nameless lazy, inefficient dregs of society get to keep their jobs all the while we - the consumer - continue to pay for a non-existent service.
