PAYMENTS NOT ALLOCATED - POOR ADMINISTRATION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please don't sign up with this service provider, I have paid my account and send them the proof of payments. firstly they changed my account number that I use a reference without notifying me and after sending them all the proof of payments no one has rep**** to me for two months, I spoke with Vanessa Hlongwane and until now I have ZERO FEEDBACK! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.
