Payments made not reflecting on statemetns
Accounts department clearly has NO clue what they are doing. Payment made on 23 September still not reflecting on my statement a month later. Trying to deal with the WhatsApp "customer service" is like expecting help from a government department - FUTILE. I've said this before and I will say it again - GET YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT IN ORDER!
