PAYMENT FOR A CANCELLED SERVICE-SUPERSONIC
Good day,
I moved to Durban from Polokwane first of September with my Supersonic Router. I requested for a location change and it was indicated that there is no service in the area. I then cancelled the service. to my horror and shock today I got a debit charge of R1398. Why am I being charged for a service I no longer use. This puts unnecessary pressure on my finances as that money was budgeted for. I am very disappointed with this service and I want my money back with no stories. I can not be paying for a cancelled service. My debt orders kick in month end and now Supersonic took my money. Your phone and whatsapp services are not helpful during the week. This is my option for now.

I am trying to call Supersonic and they do not pick up my call. I am very unhappy because you debited my account when i stopped this service. You are putting me in a financial fix as that money was not meant for you. Please call me back if you can on ***.
