I have been trying to pay my services but it seems like supersonic is not interested in my money, they gave me incorrect easypay number, when i go pay at some retails they get system error, it been a week i have this problem. im even thinking of changing my service provider

You need to pay at Woolworths.
When back home, please power off the unit for 15 min. Power back on and should be able to connect.
