Paying for things that was not said !

This is really a Bad company ! I am being billed for a CLAWBACK and prorate amount for just moving from one house to another, after i was told that all will stay the same as we are just moving , so i needed to send email saying that and so on . now i am being billed for a clawback ( saying it is for canceling the contract before the time ) and also a prorate amount for the new line , Now again holding on for very long time and ppl saying that they will escalate the matter !
