paying for non existent data

In February i received a call from a guy that spoke to me about extending my current contract with mtn. i was offered 60gigs of data and i agreed. i have never received the agreed data since March 2021. i called MTN regarding the matter and they gave me a number to contact. i contacted them and they said they see the changes done on my mtn account however, they are not sure as to why i have not received my data. they then said they will escalate the matter with MTN and that was in May. Today being July, i have not received any communication whatsoever.
