Pay my refund or i will be forced to get my laws involved

Im writings for the 4th time please pay back my refund,its been over 21 days im still waiting why must we always fight to get our money back,everything with u its a struggle how will u he customers with this attitude because u have failed me more than 10 times I'm tired or i will have to be my laws involved because clearly we been taken for a ride here
