Pay after paying for what I'm leaving

I wanted to cancel then when I was offered to migrate by fibre and 5G I took it.Now My account was debited R1200+ and am expected to pay R520 upfront payment for 5G I don't understand why didn't they debit for fibre and 5G since it is paid in advance .What's irritate me is that I keep getting messages that my account is in areas ***
