Pathetic wifi service

I have had the most pathetic service from supersonic wifi/mtn ..in the month of October of November I took out wifi with them ...ever since they have provided me with the router ...my service was not activated ...I've logged many tickets ....I've called in with no assistance as to why my service was not activated ...and with no luck it has been two months I have not used their wifi as it has been connected with out internet ..I've called and told them this several times and they have shown no interest ...no care and on the other the hand they are debating from my account...they have given me pathetic service and it is unacceptable of the service they provided me ...how do they charge you for two months of wifi ...when you have not used their wifi ...when it was not activated ..till today I haven't received any communication...no calls not a single thing I thought joking their service is a good thing....but they have provided me with pathetic service ...
