Pathetic technical support
Ticket: SST280301 Still no internet and Supersonic isn't bothered. Trying to cancel and even with that, they are unhelpful.
If you are considering Supersonic, look at the reviews. It is absolutely painful dealing with them no internet for more than a week despite paying for the service. Absolutely useless technical support.
