Dear supersonic team. After my previous post regarding your disgusting service and how I've been waiting 3 and a half weeks for a simple refund that is SUPPOSED to take 7 to 14 working days, my refund is still not paid back. Your call center agents cannot tell me why it's taking this long. I have told them and this is my proof as well. If my refund does not reflect by 7th April 2021 I am getting my lawyers involved.
