Pathetic services!!!

I have received absolutely pathetic services from Supersonic. The consultants clearly don't know what they are doing. I had paid my account and sent through my proof of payment,after 9 calls and waiting on the line for hours,my line is still suspended. I was told different things by different consultants,I spoke to Sihle last and he promised that the query will be resolved in 30 minutes because someone had mixed up my statement with someone else's. This is not my problem! The billing department is pathetic!
