Pathetic service with zero communication

They took my money almost 3 weeks ago for a new fibre installation. They supposed to get back to me. No communication. They said 72 hours. I've even placed a ticket online. Nothing. My money is gone ! Terrible service and absolutely no communication. Not the first time this is happening. Stay AWAY !
