Pathetic service, too long to install

The service, or lack thereof, that I have received from this company in terms of the installation of my router is so appalling. When I signed up, what mattered most to me and what I had used to determine which fire company I was going to join was the lead time from the day of sign up until the router is active and fully functional. I’m constantly chasing everyone around, nobody bothers to do follow ups. I’m highly disappointed. It’s about to be a month of me waiting for this. I’m so heavily inconvenienced as I cannot work from home and I need to constantly leave my house to work at a place with WiFi. If I had known I was going to receive this poor service, I never would have taken their fiber.

I think I was quite patient with them but now I’ve just had enough.
