Pathetic service Supersonic fibre
A pathetic service I have never come across. I missed a debit order for 1 day they suspended my service, called, WhatsApp and emailed for them to process the debit order as there is money in the account. Whole day wasted no response. WhatsApp is supposed to be quick they respond after an hour. They respond irrelevant questions. All I need is to pay and be connected
