Pathetic service supersonic

I don't have a account with supersonic, and they deducted money from my bank account and was sent back, when I tried to call them they informed me that they can't give me a letter that says I don't have a account with them and that they deducted the money wrongful and because of that it reflects negative on my bank account as I was applying for a home loan.
