Pathetic service, pathetic speeds, impossible to cancel

Most pathetic fiber provider I have ever used.I currently have a 50MB/S line and after 6 pm it drops to under 1MB. This happens at least 10 days in a month and when I contact the helpline I get the same thing every time " Please turn your router on and off" "You have a case open, it is being investigated". And if you would like to play games online that connects to international servers good luck because after 6pm your ping will not stabilize until 11-12pm that night.

On top of all of this trying to cancel is a nightmare. The only way to cancel is to send an email to them, which I have done TWICE with no response. Please do yourself a favour and stay as far away as you can from this ISP, there are better, cheaper and faster providers avalible
