Pathetic Service, pathetic pathetic pathetic!

Definitely the worst service I ever received from ANY company, locally or abroad. Sit for hours on call listening to their so called "superstars" being busy and they will be with you now. Internet constantly drops, there are no communication of what is going on. Best of all is- phone Nepic and they still try and keep you happy and resolve your problem even though you are not their customer anymore.

Worst Mistake Nepic ever did was let Supersonic into their world. Now I want to switch ISP with immediate effect since I didn't have the choice to stay or change with the take over and again...silence. And you keep on being referred back to a what's app line.

MTN is just as bad but this is just destroying their name.
