Pathetic Service on Fibre connection

I requested an installation during May got the fibber installed 2 to 3 weeks later then waited 2.5 weeks for the router from Supersonic installed on 30 June now it is 1 week since the router arrived and still now internet. I called sent whatsapps emails and facebook messages. Just get the same feedback and nothing gets done This is the WORST service provider i have dealt with
