Pathetic service internet provider

Most pathetic and redicalous service, i wouldnt recommended that you join this service, there wifi is pathetic, cant even use it on smart tvs, the data gets finish in half hour and there service sucks, they advertise a month to month service but if you cancel they charge you a cancelation fee, which shouldnt be applicable because it was never a contract, they also advertise a free delivery of a router but then charge you to return the router, which they just deducted from my bank account without my consent, when you call the consultants they all give different stories and ask you to submit a debit order but then you must transfer the funds to them, dont join this service its a waste of time and money.
