Pathetic Service from Supersonic

Such pathetic service. No communication in between teams and poor communication to customers. The call centre service is pathetic, if you actually get through. And to top it all, the internet signal in not great. This is what happens when you run a monopoly in a complex with no competition from other fibre service providers. Rain is looking like much better option.
