31 Oct 2022, 20:15after almost 2 and a half hours the watsaps were flying - as your "skilled agent" did not know what was happening. Please train your agents - she/he/non-binary was not very sharp to assist - the person did not read my questions - it does not help you have a watsap service with staff that does not know what to do
