Pathetic Service from Supersonic

This is the worst company you could ever apply for. I app**** for fiber last year August. In October I received an email stating that the fiber request was denied by the landlord, therefor we are not able to go ahead with the application. Due to this response received , I app**** at a different company. To my surprise I receive an invoice with an outstanding debt owing to Supersonic. I tried calling this company on several occasions to enquire about this however the number does not exist. This number is advertised on the internet , invoice as well as the response received from the consultant in October. JUST TOTALLY PATHETIC. Someone needs to urgently contact me with regards to this
