Pathetic Service from Supersonic

I have been trying to cancel my supersonic fiber since beginning of December with no luck and nobody getting back to you. When i get hold of someone on whats app after waiting hours or days they say my account is closed but still every month they try to debit my account. CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL SOMEONE IN YOU ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. I am all for the digital approach but make sure you systems work properly if you want to do it.
