Pathetic service from Supersonic.
Pathetic Service From Supersonic. Have been without internet for 2 days. Was on the phone with the Supersonic call centre for over an hour last night and was promised that Alcatel will come out to site to resolve. Didn’t even receive a phone call. Stayed online in call centre queue for 2 hours tonight just to have the call dropped on me. Worst service ever. Would love someone senior to phone me wrt a resolution. Jurgen de Jongh
