Pathetic service from MTN supersonic
So firstly I signed up on Feb 25th 2020 and used the services for +-3 days in Feb and you guys charged me R172.50, which I said was fair.
However 25th of March you guys charged me R1998 and I have been complaining non stop with you guys and you do nothing to assist.
This month your pathetic finance Team charged me again R600 extra for absolutely no odd reason and I have had enough of this ****.
I want a refund of R1599 into my bank account and I want it immediately.
To make life simple for you guys
The calculation is as follows :
1.R999 in March which was charged extra. 2.R600 For August which was charged extra.
