Pathetic service from aupersonic
Supersonic pathetic Service. Outage since 05h00am this morning, Tried contacting the call centre with a response this service is out due to congestion. Supersonic constantly hides behind openserve outage however I pay Supersonic and they do not have a back up plan. Do I get a refund on outages over a prolonged period. The MD and all executives take no responsibility for this, which is most annoying. Previously my service was out for 3 days and sent an email to their customer support and finance department requesting a refund, no response. Supersonic does not respond to difficult mails, my question is how do they monitor service e levels. Absolute disgrace.

Opeserv technicians are still on site addressing this issue, and once we get confirmation of what the issue is and when it will be fixed, we will notify all of our clients.
