Pathetic service

Terrible service. I requested a cancellation in April 2024, it was only cancelled in June 2024. But they kept billing me, I didn't pay it as I cancelled WAY in advance, they handed the account over and the attorney said they can't do anything about the amounts that should be reversed, they expect me to pay for service I didn't use and now no one is responding to the emails sent, daily I get two emails for "overdue account" I reply on the emails and receive numerous ticket numbers but no actual assistance. Their emails, WhatsApp and Facebook messenger is useless. Absolutely pathetic service provider, don't EVER use this pathetic company
