PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been without incoming e mail for 2 WEEKS. Supersonic's reply is their engineers don't work weekends and their website says it takes 3 DAYS to log a query and 3 WEEKS ro resolve it. I can't even receive a reference number for the query to escalate to ICASA, because I cant receive e mails. They should change their name from Supersonic to Patheticsonic
