PATHETIC SERVICE / COMPANY

I have been trying to resolve a accounts issue which supersonic can not do as they to pathetic. I have emailed and called the help line which is non existant and still no help We cancelled our subscription cause of them not being able activate a debt order. We in writing cancel our subscription and they call us to cancel and 2 months later I'm still receiving a bill Seriously I've had enough of dealing with a useless company
