Pathetic service

The service here is pathetic!

I ordered a new simcard for Internet on the go and i arrived 3 days ago. To this day they can seem to connect me to the internet. I've been through a number of agents and they are struggling to connect me.

I work with data and if a simple simcard cannot connect via phone o pocket router then you have a problem as a company.

Your call center is also useless because you hold on for an agent until your airtime is depleted. You aslo don't have the decency to call us as clients when we have issues.

Please fix this today or give me back my money!
